The Chairman welcomed all new committee members.

Minutes of previous meeting(27-10-05)  Read and agreed

Matters Arising

1.      The graffiti has come back through the paintwork! E.S. to contact Tim Channon of The Weekly News to gain some publicity.

2.       Indoor nets booked from 7pm to 10pm at Aberconwy school from the first Wednesday in March.

3.      Development League—progress ongoing

4.      Still awaiting response to letter sent to Rhos On Sea golf club regarding the unsatisfactory evening recently spent there.

5.      A.L. asked the meeting to make clear that he did not change his mind on the question of resigning as chairman,he never actually made a decision.

Correspondence       league informed of change of secretary

Cricket matters        E.S. stated that the annual search for new and ex players was in progress.

    E.S. confirmed a full list for Conwy track tops has been compiled and 50 are to be ordered at a cost of £15 to each member.Any further orders will attract the full cost of £27.

    H.K. requested confirmation to book next year’s tour arrangements, this was approved with a request to O.K. to chase everyone concerned on behalf of the committee.

    Ideas for fundraising should be submitted to O.K.

    Social evening dates should be fixed in advance E.D.

    Sponsorship needs actively seeking O.K.

Any Other Business   All members should be encouraged to visit the Conwy C.C. website E.S.

     P.D. asked if the nets for juniors could start earlier in the year, A.L. to investigate and report back.

    After lengthy discussion regarding our lease E.D. was authorised to submit the latest plans to Conwy Council for planning consent.
