Minutes of previous meeting(24.11.05) Read and agreed
1. Still no response from Rhos on sea golf club A.W. to send copy of original letter to encourage reply
2. Monies now due for track tops E.S. to chase
3. Suggestions sought for this years social events please contact E.D. with ideas
4. Junior nets up and running, good response so far, it was decided at committee to raise fee to £2
5. Fundraising, O.K. to explore possibility of community chest grant
6. Person or persons unknown have attacked Conwy’s website leaving unwanted and malicious messages. A.L. has taken on board to investigate and take the appropriate action.
Treasurers Report
Tour and football loans to be repaid
Kind sponsorship for £160 received from D,Hare and D.Walker
2 new junior players recruited no seniors to date.
Conwy c.c. have finished bottom of the league table for pitch/outfield/pavilion marks, and following lengthy and heated discussion A.L. to contact G.M. for proposals to resolve this unsatisfactory situation. Decisions for improvement to be taken at next meeting.

Lease-planning application in- response awaited E.D. promised reply by 3rd March.
Costs and grants currently being sought.
A discussion regarding nets and sightscreens for the coming season resulted in A.Longmore being asked to get quotation to rebuild current nets.Final decisions to be taken at next meeting.
