Colts; Reasonable start to season, won one game so far.
Correspondence;
1. T.D reported that a reply had been received from Inspector Simon Shaw to the letter sent regarding incidents and damage caused at Conwy CC (Copy of letters on notice board).
2. A letter of complaint had been sent to Denbigh CC regarding bad language by certain members of their team and the slagging off of Conwy CC. A copy of the letter was also sent to the league secretary Mike Short. A.L reported that a reply had been received from Denbigh CC second team captain and he outlined the team members who played at Conwy that day had all been spoken to individually, and the culprits had been suspended for three weeks. He sent his apologies to the ladies and to the club. In response A.L accepted his apologies on behalf of Conwy CC and said as far as the club is concerned the incident is now closed and we look forward to our trip to Denbigh at a later date.
Cricket Matters;
1. A.W reported his concern for Andy Greenland’s behaviour and asked for advice on how to handle this situation. He has twice made appointments (through Rob Greenland) to talk to Andy but Andy has failed to turn up on either occasion. A.L will contact Rob and see if he can see Andy. In the meantime the committee has agreed with A.W that Andy will not be considered for selection until the present situation is resolved.
2. A.W and T.D will look into installing the pavilion clock as and when it is deemed safe to.
3. Sixes Competition will go ahead as planned on Sunday 13th June. Number of teams entering not know until later this week.

5. B.S suggested on behalf of the committee that thanks be recorded to Andy Baker for the good job he is doing as treasurer.
Any Other Business / Matters Arising;

2. P.W said that the CP forms etc had been returned reasonably well but a few are still outstanding. No problems have occurred so far.
3. The Blue Grass festival will be on July 3rd/4th as arranged.
4. B.S said she has booked a trip to Blackpool on Saturday October 23rd, anybody wishing to go put names on list on the notice board.
5. It was reported that on a couple of occasions lights and fans had been left on in pavilion (mainly midweek), captains have been asked to check before leaving the club that lights etc are all off.
